摘要
试样经熔融制成玻璃样片,用X射线荧光光谱法测定锰矿石中TFe、Mn等成分,通过条件实验找出最佳熔融条件和测定条件,测量结果与标样标准值、未知试样化学分析值对照表明,本法快速、简便、准确、可靠。
The composition of manganese ore made into glass disk through fusing can be determined by X - ray fluorescence spectrometry. We can find the best melting and determining conditions through testing. The results indicate that this method is quick, simple, accurate and reliable.
