摘要
在分析铝锰钛合金中钛时,采用钢铁的溶样法及显色法,在硫酸-盐酸的酸性介质中,Ti4+与二安替比林甲烷生成黄色可溶性络合物,其黄色络合物的吸光强度与钛含量成一定比例关系,借此可用光度法测定铝锰钛合金中钛的含量。
When using steel dissolving sample and development process to analyze Ti content in Al - Mn - Ti alloy, the Ti^4+ (the positive four valence of Ti) and diantipyrylmethane will form a kind of dissoluble complex with yellow color in acid medium of sulphuric acid and hydrochloric acid, and the color & luster of this kind of yellow complex has a definite proportional relationship with Ti content, so that we can determine Ti content in a Ti - alloy steel by means of this photometric method.
