Study on influence of water temperature on hydrolytic anoxic baffled reactor in treating printing and dyeing wastewater

摘要 在水温分别为5、9.7、14.9、19.7℃的条件下,应用折流式水解反应器(ABR)对印染废水进行水解试验。结果表明,提高水温可增大COD和色度的去除效率,相应的氧化还原电位(ORP)变小,pH升高,水解程度加深。水温5℃时,水解效果较差;水温在10~20℃内,水解效果相对较好。此外,通过动力学分析,在5~20℃内,该反应器中有机物降解服从一级动力学,其温度系数为24.07 kJ/mol。 Experimental studies on printing and dyeing wastewater by using anoxic baffled reactor have been made,while water temperature is 5,9.7,14.9,19.7 ℃ respectively. The results show that raising water temperature could help in raising removal rates of COD and chroma and could result in decreasing ORP, increasing pH value and better hydrolytic efficiency. Besides these, it is indicated that hydrolytic efficiency is worse at 5 ℃ while it is better from 10 ℃ to 20℃. Moreover, in the temperature range of 5-20℃, the organic matter degradation in the reactor submits to the first grade kinetics by kinetic analysis, and the temperature coefficient is 24.07 kJ/mol.
