摘要
在石英晶体金电极上,通过半胱胺、羧基化的碳纳米管(CNTs)固定鼠抗人绒毛膜促性腺激素β-hCG抗体构建一种新的石英晶体压电免疫传感器,与仅采用半胱胺构建的传感器比较,该传感器具有灵敏度高,线性范围宽,操作简单并能实时监测的优点。传感器的检测下限为0.01mIU/mL,在0.06~149.12mIU/mL内有很好的线性关系。
A new piezoelectric quartz crystal immunosensor for hCG detection was constructed. The anti - hCG antibody was deposited on the gold electrode' s surface of 9 MHz quartz AT - cut crystal by self - assembled cysteamine technique and carbonylic carbon nanotube. Compared with conventional antibody immobilization methods, the sensitivity of the sensor coated by cysteamine and carbonylic carbon nanotube is improved than those by cysteamine only. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the results showed that the low detection limit was 0.01 mIU/mL, and the linear range was 0. 06 - 149.12 mIU/mL.
