基于β—环糊精的马钱子碱超分子电化学传感器的研究

摘要 将β-环糊精与纯石墨粉进行混合,以β-环糊精为主体分子,制备得到了质量比为1∶2时是最佳配比的马钱子碱超分子电化学传感器。将该传感器放置于马钱子碱溶液中,取出冲洗后再放入KCl支持电解质中扫描,其浓度在5.0×10-6~1.0×10-4mol/L范围内,与其峰电流呈线性关系,线性回归方程y(mmol/L)=0.02098x-0.02059,相关系数r=0.9935,检出限为1.0×10-7mol/L。在自来水中标准加入回收实验表明,其平均回收率为97.2%。用5.0×10-5mol/L的马钱子碱重复测定5次,其相对标准偏差是3.84%。 An electrochemical sensor was prepared based on the recognition of β-cyclodextrin for brucine according to the mass ratio of 1 : 2 of β-cyclodextrin to carbon powder. The sensor was immersed in a brucine solution first, then taken out, rinsed by distilled water, finally scanned in KCl supporting electrolyte. The anodic current was linearly proportional to the concentration of brucine in the range of 5.0 × 10^-6-1.0 × 10^-4 mol/L. The linear regression equation was y (mmol/L ) = 0. 020 98x - 0. 020 59 (related coefficient 0. 993 5 ). Recovery experiments of standard addition in water had an average recovery of 97.2%. The detection limit was 1.0 × 10^-7 mol/L. The relative standard deviation was 3.84% when the determination was conducted 5 times at 5.0 × 10^-5mol/L.
