Comparison of Managerial Systems of Vocational Education in Developed Countries

任何一个国家或地区职业教育管理体制的形成都与其社会历史、民族文化、经济发展水平、产业结构、就业状况等社会要素有着极为复杂和密切的联系。文章对美、日、德等发达国家与我国职业教育管理体制进行比较和分析，以期对完善我国职业教育管理体制有所启示。

The formation of managerial system of vocational education in a country or a district has complicated and closed relationship with its social history, national culture, economic level, industrial structure as well as its employment situation. From the vocational education point of view, this paper compares the managerial systems of vocational education between China and the developed countries such as America, Japan and Germany. It will give some enlightenments to Chinese managerial system of vocational education.
