This paper explores the production of the public health accounts in the framework of public finance, with the illustration of its meeting the needs of the current interaction between the China＇s public finance and public health and their future coordinated development, its opportunity-ushering and catalyst role for the expanding use of health accounts in the China＇s provincial and sub-provincial level, and its shaping methods from the perspective of commonness and individuality when compared with that of producing general health accounts.
