随着我国医疗卫生体制改革的深入,医疗市场逐步开放,医院之间的兼并和合作日益增多,专利权的转让必不可少,为了维护交易双方的权益,需对医院专利的价值进行科学、合理的评估。介绍了医院专利权及其资产评估的特点,分析了国内外专利权的资产评估方法。

As deepening of medical and health reform in China, as well as progressive opening up of its medical market, merger ＆ cooperation between hospitals multiply and hospital patent assignment becomes common. To ensure mutual interests between bargain sides in medical market, we must construct reasonable hospital patent evaluation system and use scientific evaluation methods. This article analyzed traits of hospital patent ＆ HPE, introduced different methods to evaluate HP at home and abroad.
