摘要
本文研究了铜辊的转动频率对Pr9Fe74Co12B5快淬条带的磁性能的影响.实验结果表明,当铜辊转动频率为36 Hz时,Pr9Fe74Co12B5快淬条带具有最佳的磁性能:Jr=1.18T,μ0Hc=0.55T,(BH)max=19.96MGOe.直接快淬不经热处理的条带亦可具备较好的磁性.
Effects of the wheel rotation frequency on the magnetic properties for Pr9 Fe74 Col2 B5 ribbons are investigated. The experimental results show that when the wheel rotation frequency is 36 Hz, the as-quenched ribbons exhibit the optimum magnetic properties which are Jr = 1.18T,μ0Hc = 0.55T, (BH)max = 19.96MGOe. The as-quenched ribbons without heat treatment can possess good magnetic properties
