摘要
陶瓷过滤机于１９８５年在芬兰问世，至今已在工业生产的脱水领域中占据举足轻重的地位。由于它的原理新颖、节能高效、无需滤布、自动化程度高，已经有越来越多的国家引进这种设备。我国凡口铅锌矿率先于ｌ９９５年引进第一台陶瓷过滤机用于锌精矿过滤，应用效果显著，而后于１９９６年又安装了两台用于铅、硫精矿的过滤。本文介绍了陶瓷过滤机的原理、结构及工作方式，重点介绍了该设备在凡口铅锌矿的应用效果。
The ceramic filter was bone in Finland in 1985,It plays an important role in filtration field of mineral processing industry in the world. As of its novel principle,high-efficiency,lower energy consumption,no need of cloth and high-level automation control,more and more ceramic filters are used in the world.A ceramic filter was t used in filtration of zinc concentrate at Fankou Lead-Zinc Mine in 1995.As remarkable benefit was obtained at Fankou Mine,another two ceramic filters were installed and used in filtration of lead and pyrite concentrates in 1996.The principles, structure and operation,especially the application effect are introduced in this paper.
