施工与管理研究的拓展——初论施工工效学

Extension of Construction and Management Research——the Preliminary Discussion of Construction Ergonomics

把工效学的基本原理引入建筑施工及其管理的研究中,将施工系统分解为施工主体、施工条件、施工环境和施工对象,并构建起施工的人-机-环境工效学系统,提出施工工效学人的发展观、要素互适观、安全约束下的系统绩效观思维原理,初步构建了由施工动作和施工活动元组成的研究层次体系和若干研究方向组成的研究方向体系。

By introducing the fundamental principles of ergonomics, construction system is broken into governing body of construction, construction conditions, construction environment, subject of construction, and construction ergonomic system that consists of human, machine and environment is structured. Three conception principles of Construction Ergonomics, which are people＇s perfect development, factors fit in with each other and systematical performance subject to safety, are given. Level systems of research which includes two standard research units- construction motions and unit-activity of construction, and study fields system are suggested.
