美国对太阳能的资助政策及对中国的启示 被引量:1

Solar Energy Support Policy in the USA and its Inspiration

摘要 太阳能非常适合在建筑上使用,在建设领域推广太阳能应用对我国的可持续发展具有重要的意义。本文介绍了美国太阳能的市场应用历史和现状,总结了美国对太阳能的资助和扶持政策,尤其是经济、财政和税收方面的政策实施情况。同时也分析了美国对太阳能进行资助后的实施效果。最后,对比了中国的太阳能政策以及应用情况,得出了对中国的启示。 Solar energy is very agreement with the application of the buildings.It is significant to spread the solar energy use in the field of building industry.The solar energy technology and its market application in the U.S were introduced in the paper, and the support policies for solar energy utilizationwas also summarized in terms of economic, financial, tax policies. The implementation effect was analyzed after the U,S government support solar energy generalization. Finally, the policies and application were compared in China, and the beneficial inspiration was brought forward.
