Pharmacodynamic Study on Bushenjiangu Dripping Pills

目的:对补肾健骨滴丸进行小鼠药效学研究,探讨补肾健骨滴丸的补肾助阳机理,为进一步研究开发治疗肾阳虚症新药提供实验依据。方法:采用常规肾阳虚症动物模型,观察低温游泳时间、脏器系数、血浆睾酮含量等指标。结果:补肾健骨滴丸能显著增强肾阳虚症小鼠的耐疲劳能力,增加去势小鼠的附性器官重量,并能提高肾阳虚症小鼠的免疫能力,提高阳虚症大鼠的血浆睾酮的含量。结论:补肾健骨滴丸具有较好的补肾助阳功效。

Objective： To study the pharmacodynamic effect of Bushenjiangu dripping pills. Method： The animal model with kidney -yang vacuity was adopted, the swimming time in the low temperature, viscera~ coefficient and blood testosterone＇s content were observed. Result： The Bushenjiangu dripping pill could obviously increase the weight of add sexual organs and the ability of immunity in gelding mouse, it could the increase the blood testosterone~ content of mice. Conclusion ： The Bushenjiangu drpping pill could be increase the sexual function of male.
