摘要
目的:建立杞菊口服液中马钱苷的含量RP-HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Zorbax Extend-C18柱(250 mm×4．6 mm, 5μm),流动相:四氢呋喃-乙腈-甲醇-0．05％磷酸溶液(1:6:5:88),检测波长:236 nm,流速:1．0 ml·min-1,柱温:40℃。结果:马钱苷在0．02～0．46μg范围内线性关系良好(r=1．000 0),平均回收率为98．1％,RSD=0．4％(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于杞菊口服液的质量控制。
Objective： To establish a RP-HPLC method for delermination the content of loganin in Qiju oral liquid. Method： zorbax Extend-C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used. the mobile phase consisted of THF-acetonitrile-methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid solution （1：6： 5：88 ）, the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1, the detection wavelength was at 236 nm and column temperature at 40℃. Result： The linear range of loganin was 0.02 -0.46 μg（ r = 1. 000 0）. The average recovery was 98.1% with RSD 0.4% （ n =6）. Conclusion： The method is simple and accurate, it can be used for the quality control of Qiju oral liquid.
