摘要
在工艺危害性分析及定性RBI基础上,采用RB.eye软件对烷基苯(MTBE)装置进行了定量RBI分析,并根据RBI结果对装置中的设备部件和管道进行了风险排序。通过定量RBI分析结果,识别出装置设备和管道的主要腐蚀损伤模式及腐蚀机理。对部分风险排序靠前的设备或管道进行原因分析,并提出了合理的降低风险的措施。
RB.eye software is adopted to conduct quantitative RBI analysis on alkylbenzene (MTBE)units of Fushun Petrochemical Branch based on proeess hazard analysis and qualitative RBI, and risk prioritization is carried out for equipment components and pipelines on the plant according to RBI results. Through the results of quantitative RBI analysis, major corrosion damage mode and corrosion mechanism are identified for the plant equipments and pipelines. The causes for part of equipments or pipelines that have higher prioritization rank are analyzed and reasonable measures for risk reduction are proposed.
