摘要
利用扫描电镜、偏光显微镜、流变等手段探讨了羧基化聚丙烯(EPP)在聚丙烯/5A分子筛(PP/5A)共混物中的增容作用,以及对复合材料力学性能,形态结构和流变行为的影响。用红外光谱和X-射线衍射对EPP的增容机理进行了探讨。结果表明:EPP的加入改善了复合材料的相容性。在EPP含量为10%时,复合材料的综合性能最好,其拉伸强度、冲击强度分别较PP/5A提高了2.9%、31.8%。IR和XRD表明EPP是通过极性基团与5A之间以分子间作用力结合,另一端与基体PP产生共晶,从而发挥增容作用。
The effect of carboxylic polypropylene (EPP) on the mechanical properties, rheological behavior, morphology, and compatibility of polypropylene/molecular sieves type 5A(PP/5A)composites was studied using scanning electron microscope (SEM), polar optical microscope (POM), and theological tests. When the loading of EPP was 10 wt%, the impact strength and tensile strength were increased by 31.8 % and 2.9 %, respectively, based on default system. The compatibilization mechanism of EPP was explored using IR and X-ray diffraction (XRD). It showed that EPP was chemically bonded with 5A and co-crystallized with regular PP, thus the compatibilization was achieved.
