摘要
二极管泵浦固体激光器(DPL)输出光束的方向在某个微小范围内存在随机变化,这种光束指向性的波动在某种程度上严重制约了DPL的应用。针对DPL输出光束的方向性评价问题,提出了激光指向角及其偏移量的概念,以此作为衡量激光方向稳定性的指标。给出了指向角及其偏离量的测量方法。对于引起激光指向角度波动的原因进行了初步分析,结果表明激光介质热透镜的畸变是主要原因。
The output beam of diode pumped sohd-state laser (DPL) has minute random variation in direction, which results in the restrictions on the appliance of DPL. Aiming at the evaluation of the directive property of the output beam of DPL,the definition and the measuring method of direction angle and its fluctuation were given, which could be used to evaluate the direction stability of laser beam. An initial analysis was done to the direction fluctuation in laser beam, and the results indicate that the direction fluctuation in laser beam mainly depend on the distortion of the thermal lens of the laser crystal.
