液氧/煤油发动机涡轮泵密封材料的研制 被引量:3

摘要 通过预制体、复合工艺路线及参数的选择,进行了高压补燃液氧/煤油发动机涡轮泵用高性能C/C密封材料的研制,分析了预制体、复合工艺对材料性能的影响。结果表明,以针刺无纬布为预制体,进行CVD碳、树脂碳和沥青碳致密,最高热处理温度为2 500℃,最终进行封孔处理所制备的C/C复合材料综合性能良好,其密度为1.92 g/cm3,开孔率0.06%,轴向压缩强度232 MPa,轴向弯曲强度158 MPa,肖氏硬度为77。该密封材料构件成功通过液氧/煤油发动机热试车考核,显示出了在该领域的应用前景。 In this paper,with the choice of preform, process route and parameter, a kind of high performance C/C sealing material used in turbine pump of liquid oxygen/kerosene engine, in which kerosene propellant burns efficiently by exerting high pressure oxygen, is studied. The effects preform and process on properties are analyzed. The results show that the material with the preform of needled non-woven cloth and the mixed matrix of CVD carbon, resin-based carbon and pitch-based carbon heat treated at 2 500℃ and finally poreclosed possesses good overall properties with the density of 1.92 g/cm^3, the porosity of opening pore of 0.06% , the axial compressive strength of 232 MPa,the axial flexural strength of 158 MPa and shore hardness of 77. A component made of this sealing ma- terial has successfully passed the static firing test and this shows good application prospects of this material in the field of rocket engine.
