摘要
研究了烧结压力不同的CoSb3块体的热电性能。采用机械合金化和放电等离子烧结法快速合成了CoSb3块体,测试了其热电性能。结果表明,烧结压力对样品的热电性能没有明显的影响规律,所得样品具有典型的半导体电学特征及较低的热导率,其热电优值ZT在400℃时取得较大值,200 MPa下烧结的样品最大值达到0.047 9。
Thermoelectric properties of bulk CoSb3 sintered at diferent pressures are investigated. Bulk CoSb3 is sinthesized rapidly via mechanically alloying and spark plasma sintering and their thermoelectric properties are measured. Experimental results show that the sintering pressure has no evident effects on thermoelectric properties of bulk CoSb3. All samples have the ehareteristie of semiconductor eleetriety and low thermal eonduetivities. Their thermoelectric figures of merit (ZT) reach the maximum at 400℃ and the highest one being 0.047 9 for the sample sintered at 200 MPa.
