煤炭企业设备管理中存在的问题及对策研究

STUDY ON THE PROBLEM AND COUNTERMEASURE IN MINE CORPORATION EQUIPMENT MANAGEMENT

设备管理是煤炭企业内部管理的重点,也是企业实现安全生产的保证和提高经济效益的基础。目前,煤炭企业设备管理存在很多问题,如专业管理人才缺乏、购置选型缺乏充分论证、设备的安装、运行和维护质量不高,以及质量检查考核落实不到位等,现实中的这些问题严重制约着煤炭企业设备管理水平的提升。本文从分析煤炭企业生产和设备管理的特点出发,对设备管理中存在的一些问题进行了较为深入的分析,并系统的从多个方面提出了解决问题的对策,为煤炭企业提高设备管理水平,提供重要的借鉴。

The equipment management plays an important role in the interior management of mine corporation, it can help the corporation to realize the safety production and improve then economy benefit. But there are many problems in the mine corporation equipment management such as the absence of professional and so on, such problems restrict the advance of the management level. This paper analysis the problems and puts forward the system countermeasure from many aspects, provides an important reference for the equipment management.
