摘要
金属矿山开采引发的环境问题已经越来越严重,采矿活动破坏生态平衡,造成矿山废弃地土壤严重的重金属污染。利用植物修复技术对土壤重金属污染进行治理,是目前国内外有关学者研究的热点和难点问题。本文以铅锌矿为例,说明了重金属污染的产生,对植物的毒害作用和重金属污染土壤的植物修复技术,从超富集植物的筛选、影响超富集植物提取能力的因素和超富集植物对重金属的运输和解毒机制等方面,介绍了国内外的有关研究进展,并指出了目前尚未解决的问题及未来发展趋势。
The environmental problem brought about by the exploration of metal mine is becoming more and more severe, The exploration of mine destroy balance of ecology. The heavy metal pollution in the metal mine waste place is very severe. Phytoremediation is widely used in the treatment of soil heavy metal pollution in all the world. , But phytoremediation still have some problem to solve, The lead and zinc mine is investigated in this text. The text summarize something as follow: The harm to soil and plant bring about by lead, the progress in the research about filtration of hyper accumulators to lead. the influential of factor hyper accumulators concentrated lead and the mechanism how the hyper accumulators absorb and accumulate lead , also the problem can not be solved at present and development tendency in the future.
