微波场中冶金用石灰电磁性质的研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文研究了冶金用轻烧钙质石灰和轻烧镁质石灰2~18GHz电磁性质及其变化规律。在2~18GHz微波频段内,轻烧镁质石灰的介电常数比轻烧钙质石灰的介电常数略大,但它们的磁导率都接近于1,介电损耗角正切、磁损耗角正切均较小,且比较接近。尤其在2.45GHz微波加热频率处,轻烧钙质石灰的介电损耗角正切、磁损耗角正切、电导率的绝对值均大于轻烧镁质石灰,因而轻烧钙质石灰对微波的吸收性相对较好,更适合于微波冶金的加热过程。 It is studied 2~18GHz electromagnetic properties of light-burned calc-lime and light-burned magn-lime and its changing rule. In 2~ 18GHz microwave frequency, real permittivity of light-burned calclime is a little bigger than that of light-burned magn-lime, their real permeability is almost equal to one. Their dielectric loss angle tangent and magnetic loss angle tangent are small; furthermore, these two values are almost the same. Especially at frequency 2. 45GHz, the values of dielectric loss angle tangent, magnetic loss angle tangent and conductance of light-burned calc-lime are all bigger than those of light-burned magn-lime, which indicate microwave absorption of light-burned calc-lime is comparatively better and it is fit for heating process in microwave metallurgy.
