摘要
对中小径竹硫酸盐浆进行了ECF漂白的研究。探讨了影响氧脱木素,半纤维素辅助漂白、二氧化氯漂白、碱抽提的因素,并进行工艺条件的优化。比较了几种漂白流程,采用O-X—D1一Eop-D2漂白流程,浆料的漂白效果优于O-D／C—Eop-D2漂白流程,竹浆漂后白度达到87．4％(ISO)。
ECF bleaching of bamboo kraft pulp was carried out in this study. Some factors which influcnce in enzymes treatment,ClO2 bleaching, Eop etc. were studied. The optimized condition of every section was chosen through the research of the whole procedure of ECE The final properties of the bleaching pulp were compared. The conclusion show that the effect of O-X-D1-Eop-D2 is better than O-D/C-Eop-D2.
