摘要
该文对用POC13交联木薯淀粉的性质进行了研究。实验结果表明,反应条件对产物交联度有不同程度的影响。其中PH值和温度的影响最大。木薯原淀粉在碱性条件下,用POC13处理,主要产品为淀粉磷酸二酯。
This article studied about the properties of tapioca starch which is dealed with POC13 (0.002%-0. 01%) at five levels. The studying results show that reaction condition, especially of the pH and temperatue, have different effects on K(degree of cross-linking) of the products. The main product is phrosphate diester when tapioca starch is prepared by POC13 under alkaline condition.
