摘要
目的： 应用RP-HPLC测定养阴清肺丸中芍药苷的含量.方法： RP-HPLC中采用phenomen C18色谱柱（4.6mm×250 mm,5μm）;流动相：甲醇-0.05mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液（40：65）;检测波长为230nm.结果： 芍药苷在0.108～1.00μg（r=0.999 9）呈良好的线性关系.平均回收率为100.0%,RSD=1.29%（n=5）.结论： 该方法简单、快速、灵敏度好,可用于该制剂的质量控制.
Objective： To establish a special determination method for paeoniflorin in Yangyinqingfei Pill. Methods： It was assayed by RP-HPLC. The column was phenomen C18 （4. 6mm × 250mm, 5μm） ; the mobile phase was methyl alcohol- 0. 05mol·L^-1 phosphoric acid solution （40：65） , and the detection wavelength was at 230nm. Results： The linearity was good within the range of 0. 108～1.00μg （r = 0. 999 9） ; the average recovery were 100. 0% with RSD 1.29% （n =5 ） . Conclusion： This method is rapid, simple and accurate for quality control of Yangyinqingfei Pill.
