摘要
针对一些民族地区民族特征淡薄的状况,第一次提出了“亚民族地区”的概念,这一概念的提出对解决一些学术和现实问题有重大的意义。以重庆“亚民族地区”为例,探讨其经济发展道路与教育发展模式、重庆“亚民族地区”文化遗产保护与民族教育模式、重庆“亚民族地区”民族旅游资源保护与民族教育模式之间的关系,归结起来,“亚民族地区”教育发展模式的选择有以下思路:加强“亚民族教育”研究、强化民族认同感、教育形式多样化、处理好强势文化与弱势文化关系、职业教育与经济结构调整同步、加强“亚民族地区”特殊民族教育立法等。
In view of the indistinct national feature in the minority nationality area, this article introduces the new concept of"sub-nationality area" for the first time. Introduction of the new concept is of great significance in solving some learning and practical problems. The article suggests that in the "sub-nationality area", there are not only the inconsistency between the modernization of the undeveloped area in Han nationality and the undeveloped social economy, the inconsistency between the modernization of the typical minority nationality area and the protection of the minority national culture, but also the inconsistency between the modernization and discovery and intensification of the minority national cultures. This article also analyses several relationship, that is, the economic development of "sub-nationality area" in Chongqing and the education development model, the protection of the cultural inheritance of "sub-nationality area" in Chongqing and the nationality education model, the protection of the nationality tourist resources and the nationality education model. Finally, it brings forward six suggestions, enforcing the study of "sub-nationality area", strengthening the nationality consciousness, diversifying the education model, dealing with the relationship between better culture and weak culture well, making the professional education and the economical structure' adjustment in step, intensifying the special nationality education' legislation in the "sub-nationality area".
