当前学术失范现象分析与对策

An Analysis of Academic Corruptions in China and the Countermeasures

学术失范不仅浪费有限的学术资源,而且败坏学术风气,阻碍学术进步。就当前学术失范现象而言,其产生的原因从深层次上看,主要体现为学术评价数字化、惩处手段形式化和学术权力扩大化三个方面。要想从根本上治理学术失范,就必须充分发挥学术共同体的作用,改进学术评价和人员考核制度,树立学术规范的威严。

This paper thoroughly analyzed the various academic corruptions in current Chinese scientific community and probed deeply into the subjective and objective reasons of these corruptions. To create a good academic environment and promote healthy and sustainable development of academic research, what we need to do is to recognize the harm of academic corruption, champion the conception of academic freedom, perform the function of academic communities, and respect the independent characteristics of scholars.
