苏南乡镇企业改制已基本完成,改制后的乡镇企业已由原来的乡、村集体企业质变为多种所有制企业。乡镇企业性质的变化引发了苏南农村经济关系的变化,形成了企业内部的新经济关系、企业与乡镇政府及村委会、企业与农村集体经济组织、企业与农业产业及农民的新经济关系。由乡镇企业改制所引起的农村一系列新经济关系是农村中的市场经济关系,是社会主义市场经济在农村中的进一步植根与扩展。

After complementing the township Enterprises reform,the township enterprises in Southern Jiangsu province have become different ownership enterprises,which cause the change of southern Jiangsu's rural economical relations and form new economic relations among enterprises and town government,villager committee,rural collective economy and farmers.The new economical relations are the market economy of town and the expansion of socialist market economy.
