摘要
阐述教学设计师的岗位职能、性质,介绍了教学设计师这一新职能在其他国家和地区的发展现状,并从＂机遇与挑战＂两方面对该职业在国内发展的现实性进行了探讨.
This paper synoptically describes the definition and function of instructional designer, introduces present situation of the development of instructional designer in some areas and overseas, and then discusses the realism of this occupation＇s development in China from two aspects, “opportunities and challenges”.
