冶西煤矿采空区地基注浆加固技术

GROUTING AND CONSOLIDATIOON TECHNIQUE OF FOUNDA TION ON MINED-OUT AREA IN YEXI COALMINE

对冶西煤矿采空区用注浆法充填采空区及上覆的裂隙冒落带，以求加固地基。灌注材料选用水泥和粉煤灰，水固比为１∶１．５。灌注浆液的结石体充填率达７５％以上，由于地基加固的结果，采空区上方的路基承载力满足了高速公路对路基承载力的要求。

Inorder to consolidate the foundation the mined -outarea and the overlyingcollapse-fissure aones in Yexi Coal mine are filled with cement and powder coal -ashas groutingmaterials The ratio ofwater and solidis1:1.5 , the cement is 20%-30% of the totalsolid weigth. The filling ratio oftheconsolidated thingsismore than 75%.Thus the consolidated foundationmeets the demands in bearing capacity of express high-way.
