流动注射在线富集分离－分光光度法测定矿石和矿渣中微量金

SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF TRACE GOLD IN ORE AND RESIDUE BY FLOW INJECTION ON-LINE PRECONCENTRATION AND SEPARATION

本文研究了矿石、矿渣中微量金的测定。使用５２０９萃淋树脂柱、流动注射在线富集分离金，用亚硫酸钠解吸，在一定酸度和表面活性剂曲拉通Ｘ－１００存在下，与ＴＭＫ在常温下络合显色，于５４５ｕｍ波长处测定吸光度。金浓度范围在０．０２～０．６０μｇ／ｍＬ呈线性关系。测定下限为０．０２ｇ／ｔ，样品的精密度优于±５％，回收率为１０１％～１０６％。

A new and sensitive method for determination of trace gold in ore and residue has been presented,which is a spectrophotometric method with flow injection on--line preconcentration and separation. The method uses the CL--5209 levextrel resin column in which the gold is separated and concentrated from the coexisting elements and eluted with gold--containing sodium sulphite solution. Then the gold is developed with acid TMK sloution in the presence of surfactant (triton X--100)under the normal atmospheric temperature,and the absorvency is determined at 545um. The absorbency is linear with the gold concentration over 0. 02～0. 6 μg/mL. The lower detection limit is 0. 02g/t. The average relative standard deviation (n=6)of the method is better than±5 %. The recovery of gold is 101 % ～106 %.
