In theory and practice, the Maritime Law course is a professional course composed of substantive law, procedural law and conflict of laws. Possessing both broad sense and narrow sense, it has not only the common features of civil law and commercial law, but also the particularities of maritime law. Therefore, the goal of establishing the course is to increase the teaching effects and emphasize using the basic theories and professional knowledge, so that more research findings could be made and more professionals could be nurtured.
