摘要
介绍了一种通过检测汽油发动机高压线产生的脉冲信号来实现非接触测量发动机转速的方法,系统结构简单、使用方便、测量准确,可广泛用于发动机的检修、教学及科研中。发动机高压线产生的脉冲信号经过信号感应、放大和比较整形,成为与发动机转速具有对应关系的方波,在单片机的控制下进行处理和显示。详细介绍了工作原理、硬件构成和软件构成。
This paper introduces a non-contact instrument for the rotative speed of motor engine through detecting the pulse which generated by motor ignition. It possesses the characteristic of simple structure, convenient use and precise measure. It can be abroad used in the overhauling, teaching and researching of motor. The pulse is transformed into corresponding square wave through the inducting, amplifying and amending circuit. The signal is processed and displayed under the control of single chip processor, The paper also gives out the operational principle, the circuit structure and software structure.
