何首乌中总糖和磷脂的测定及其品质的相关分析

Determination and analyses of sugar and phospholipid in polygonum multiflorum from Yunnan

采用钼蓝比色法和硫酸-苯酚法测定云南不同产地何首乌药材的磷脂和总糖，结果表明：磷脂含量以寻句最高达1．85％，新平、禄劝等地在1％～1．5％，华宁、文山等地低于1％，腾冲最低为0．47％；总糖含量以新平最高达36．74％，其次为楚雄22．80％，文山、邱北14％～20％，石屏、腾冲等地在10％～14％，广南、禄劝等地低于10％。不同产地何首乌的磷脂和总糖含量差异较大，总糖和磷脂含量之间无相关性，与二苯乙烯苷等有效成分含量呈现一定程度的负相关，与何首乌的色泽呈一定相关性。

Sugar and phospholipid contents of Polygonum multiflorum sam- ple from different districts of Yunnan were determined by spectrophotometry. The maximum of phospholipid is 1.85% and the minimum 0.47% , most between0.6% ～1.5% and the maximum of sugar is 36.74% and the minimum3.65% , most between 6% ～23%. The sugar and phospholipid of the samples frnm different districts obviously varied in content. Sugar content was related with color and quality of Polygonum multiflorum.
