概述了耐酸性α-淀粉酶的基本性质及在发酵、纺织、饲料、医药等领域中的应用,介绍了国内外对产酸性α-淀粉酶菌株的研究进展,提出了耐酸性α-淀粉酶的开发前景。
This article introduces the basic character of acid-amylase and acid-resistant amylase development applied in the fields of alcohol, textile, foodstuff and medicine. In addition, reviews the status quo of the strain of acid-amylase at home and abroad. Development prospect was also discussed.
