摘要
传统挣值法注重整体分析与预测而忽略了项目内部工作的执行情况,在对项目执行绩效进行评价时,极易出现评价结果与实际执行相背离的情况。本文在对传统挣值法理论进行改进的基础上提出了一种项目绩效评价方法———二级挣值法。该方法能改进传统挣值法在预测工期、成本方面产生的偏差,并且与传统挣值方法相比,增加了更多的原因分析信息。
Earned value method (EVM) is widely used in project management. However, traditional EVM shows more and more deficiencies and limitations in modern project management . It is mainly generalized that traditional EVM pays more attention to analyze and forecast whole project, but neglects performance of internal activities. As a result, it is easily found that ap- praisal conclusion deviates from real case. Based on the disadvantages and limitations of traditional earned value method, a practical method, namely, the second-level earned value method is put forward which improves the traditional EVM. The new method can provide more information for analyzing the reasons of deviation on duration and cost forecast.
