摘要
在探讨零时间企业涵义、实现差异及法则的基础上,从组织结构模式的角度出发,给出了零时间企业的结构模式。分析了零时间企业相对于传统企业的特征———赢得客户份额的组织目标,柔性共享的资源,高度信任且富有团队精神的组织文化,基于流程构建的无边界/扁平化组织结构,与顾客及供应商的生态系统关系。最后提出了今后的研究方向。
Currently research about zero-time enterprise(ZTE) also is just at the start stage, so the discussion on its characteristics compared with traditional enterprise (TE) is still inadequate. Firstly, the previous researches on concept and realizing gaps and laws of zero-time enterprise (ZTE) have been reviewed and analyzed. Then, the structure mode of ZTE has been put forward. After that, the characteristics of ZTE compared with TE have been analyzed in detail. The characteristics are as follows: Objective of winning market share, flexihlly sharing resources, organization culture of high confidence and team spirit, process based lateral/nonboundary organizational structure, and establishing ecosystem with customers and suppliers. Finally the future research direction is discussed.
