摘要
目的采用实验室自制的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯作为缓释骨架材料制备硝苯地平缓释片,并测定其体外释放度。方法用紫外分光光度法,在237 nm波长处测定吸光度,计算硝苯地平缓释片不同时间的释放度,并比较不同转速,不同释放介质对其释放度的影响。结果本品在0.1 mol/mL的盐酸介质中,以50 r/m in为转速,药物具有良好缓释效果。结论以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯作为缓释材料可用于制备硝苯地平缓释片。
Objective Nifediping sustained-release tablets were prepared using polymethacrylate as the matrix, and dissolution rate of the tablets was determined. Methods Ultraviolet spectrophotometer was used to detecte absorbance of the tablets. The effects of rotation speed and dissolution medium on the release rate were compared. Results The tablets have preferable sustained-release rate in 0.1 mol/ L HCI under the ratation speed of 50 r/min. Conclusion Polymethacrylate can be used as the matrix of nifediping sustained-release tablets.
