摘要
目的建立测定细辛脑注射液的含量及有关物质的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Kromasil C18柱,以甲醇-水(体积比80:20)为流动相,检测波长313nm。结果本色谱条件能分离细辛脑及有关物质;在2~80mg·L^-1浓度范围内,细辛脑的峰面积与其浓度呈线性关系,方法平均回收率为100.2%,RSD为0.37%。结论本法可用于细辛脑注射液的含量及有关物质测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of asarone and impurities in asarone injection. Methods The analysis was performed on a Kromasil-C18 column using methanol-water( 80: 20)as mobile phase and the detection wavelength was 313 nm. Results Asarone and impurities could be separated well under the condition. Linear calibration curve was obtained in the range of 2 -80 mg·L^-1 with an average recovery of 100.2% (RSD = 0.37% ). Conclusion The method can be used for the quality control of asarone injection.
