摘要
零部件的设计公差、加工误差和装配误差会使固体火箭发动机产生推力偏心。该文从理论上详细分析了推力偏心产生的原因及其控制方法,重点归纳了零件设计公差、加工误差和装配误差等参数对推力偏心的影响程度及其量值范围。以六分力试验原理为基础建立了合理的试验系统。用该系统对某发动机的自身侧向力数据进行点火测试,试验结果与理论分析较吻合,验证了理论分析的正确性。所得结论对发动机的设计、装配质量和导弹控制研究具有较大指导意义。
The part' s design tolerance, the processing tolerance and the assembling tolerance can cause thrust misalignment of solid rocket. This paper summarizes theoretically the factors causing thrust misalignment and gives its control methods . Much attention is paid to the analysis on the influence of the part' s design tolerance, the processing tolerance and the assembling tolerance on the thrust misalignment and its value extent. A set of testing equipment is set up based on the six-compoent thrust principle. The ignition testing is carried out to get the side force data of a certain motor. The test results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis. The conclutions are instructional to the research of motor designing , assembling quality and missile control.
