摘要
依据电涡流式探测原理,建立了金属探测的数学模型,为锚杆探测仪参数的选择提供了理论依据。锚杆探测仪采用单片机测量振荡器的振幅和频率,控制振荡器振幅和发光二极管的指示。实现了仪器的智能化,解决了锚杆和金属网的分辨问题。
A mathematical model of a metal detector is established based on the principles of eddy current detection,which provide a theoretical criterion for selection of parameters of roof bolt detector.The detector consists of a single chip microprocessor to measure the amplitude and frequency of an oscillator.It becomes intelligent by controlling the amplitude of the oscillator and indication of LED,so that it can distinguish the anchorage of roof bolt and the metal.
