采场低压通风系统的研究与实践 被引量:3

摘要 高瓦斯易燃矿井采煤工作面上隅角附近采空区的瓦斯积聚与呆空区内煤炭的自燃,一直是威胁煤矿安全生产的两个严重问题。采场低压通风系统可同时解决这两个问题。此方法已在六枝矿务局木岗煤矿进行了试用。结果表明,该通风系统可减少采空区漏风20%左右,可使上隅角的瓦斯浓度降低30%以上。它比现有其他方法花费少、简便易行、效果显著。是采区防止煤炭自燃及瓦斯爆炸的一种既经济又有效的简易措施。 Accumulation of gas in the corners near the mine out area of a coal face in highly gaseous mines and self ignition of coal in the goaf are two serious problems which always threaten safety in production.Low pressure ventilation system can solve these two problems.Trials were made in Mugang Mine,Liuzhi Bureau.The results show that this system can reduce air leakage in the goaf by about 20%,and gas concentration in the corners can reduce over 30%.In comparison with other existing methods it is characterized by low cost,simple operation and prominent results.It is one of economic and effective measures for prevention of self ignition of coal and gas explosion.
