摘要
采用气-质联用法对杜英叶挥发油的化学成分进行研究,经毛细管色谱分析,共确认出其中的38种成分,所鉴定出化学成分的质量占总量的98.712%。应用色谱峰面积归一法分析各成分的质量分数,含量较高的物质有:α-谷甾醇(15.406%)、沸波醇(14.322%)、α-香树素(13.461%)、3,15,16,21,22,28-六羟基-12-齐墩果烯(11.793%)、3,7,11,15-四甲基-2-十六-烯-1-醇(9.538%)、3-羟基-5,7-雄甾二烯-17-酮(4.519%)等。
The volatile chemical components from the leaves of Elaeocarpus sylvestris Lout Doir. were analyzed hy the capillary GC-MS method. Thirty-nine compounds were isolated, and thirty-eight of them were identified, which occupied 98.712% of the total. The main compounds include α-sitosterol ( 15. 406% ), phorbol ( 14. 322% ), α-amyrin ( 13.461% ), 3, 15, 16, 21,22, 28-hexhydroxyl-12-oleanene ( 11. 793% ), 3,7, 11,15-tetramethyl-2-hexadecen-l-ol (9. 538 % ) , 3-hydroxyl-androst-5,7-dien-17-one (4. 519% ) and etc.
