摘要
研究热煤气脱硫吸附剂的制备过程,以及在不同工艺条件下该吸附剂活性、强度、寿命及再生性能的变化情况。实验过程中运用了扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X光衍射(XRD)等一些先进的测试手段对吸附剂反应前后的微观理化特性进行测试。在10mm加压固定床反应器上进行硫化和再生试验,在650℃、压力为1.5MPa时,模拟煤气条件下的结果表明,Zn3-3吸附剂宏观特性基本接近UCI提供的L-4118-2吸附剂,达国内领先水平。
Preparation of the sorbents for HGD and their reactivity,strength,durability and regeneration under different technological conditions are studied.The Scanning Electron Microscope,X ray diffraction and other advanced methods are used to test the microscopic physico chemical properties of the fresh and used sorbents.The test data obtained in a φ 10mm pressurized fixed bed reactor under the conditions of 650℃,1 5 MPa and simulated gas condition show that the macroscopic characteristics of the sorbent,Zn3 3 is close to those of the similar sorbent,L 4118 2 supplied by UCI.It is in a leading position of the domestic sorbents for HGD.
