摘要
研究了在旋转式管式电炉内以氯气处理煤矸石的新方法,反应前,煤矸石经磨细、加炭、制粒、碳化等预加工。考察了氯化反应速率与氯化温度、气流速度、反应时间、物料粒度及气体成分等的关系,并得到了氯化反应的动力学模型。研究证明了在一定条件下,煤矸石加碳氯化有较大的反应速率,这时于煤矸石的干法处理及全面回收煤矸石中铝、硅等有价成分展示了良好的前景。
A method was studied for treatment of coal waste with chlorine. Before chloridizing, the waste was processed by grinding, adding of carbon, pelletizing and carbonization. The relations among chloridizing velocity to reaction temperature, flow rate, reaction time, size of material and the compositions of the gas were studied, and a kinetic model was established. It is proved that chloridizing velocity can be increased in a given condition. With this dry method it is possible that aluminium and silicon in the waste can be completely recovered.
