湖北省平原湖区大型排水泵站的重要程度分析评价

Analysis and Evaluation of the Importance of Large-scale Drainage Pumping Stations in Hubei Plain Lake District

从分析影响湖北省大型泵站(含单机800 kW以上)重要程度的评价指标出发,运用层次分析法研究各指标的权重,在此基础上提出基于加权闵可夫斯基距离的多指标分析评价方法。运用所提出的多指标分析评价方法,对湖北省大型泵站(含单机800 kW以上)重要程度进行分析,在此基础上对湖北省大型泵站(含单机800 kW以上)进行初步分类,从而为决策者按照轻重缓急的原则进行闸泵的更新改造提供参考性建议。所采用的方法不仅针对单机800 kW以上的泵站进行,其方法也供涵闸、单机800 kW以下的泵站、甚至新建泵站的建设评价借鉴,有很好的推广应用价值。

Through analysis the evaluation criterion which affects the importance of the large-scale （contains which the single plane is above 800 kW）drainage pumping stations in Hubei plain lake district, and using the analytical hierarchy process to study the weight of the evaluation criterion, proposes multi-criterion decision-making evaluation method based on weighting Minkowski distance. Using the method which proposed above to analysis the importance of the entire large-scale （contains the single plane above 800 kW）drainage pumping stations, carries on the preliminary classification based on the analytic result, and offers a proposal for decision-makers who decide the sequence of rebuilding drainage pumping stations according to the importance. The method proposed in this article is not only applied to those the single plane is above 800 kW, and also applied to those the single plane is below 800 kW and culvert ＆ gate engineering, and even the newly built pumping station. In a word, the method has the very good promotion application value.
