可拆卸式固定义齿与传统固定义齿修复后基牙牙周白细胞介素-6水平的比较

Comparison of IL-6 in gingival cervicular fluid between fixed denture and detachable fixed denture

目的检测可拆卸式固定义齿与传统固定义齿的龈沟液中与牙周病相关的细胞因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的差异。方法采用全自动生化分析仪检测不同方式修复后不同时期龈沟液中IL-6含量,并进行配对比较分析。结果可拆卸式固定义齿较传统固定义齿修复后6个月内龈沟液中IL-6含量无显著性差异,而9个月及1年时检测的龈沟液中IL-6含量下降,有显著性差异。结论可拆卸式固定义齿较传统固定义齿对牙周组织的损害性降低,有利于牙周组织的保护,提高远期疗效。

Objective To compare the difference of IL-6 in gingival cervicular fluid between fixed denture and detachable fixed denture. Methods The content of IL-6 in gingival cervical fluid was detected in different times and was analyzed statistically by t test. Results There was no significant difference between both types of dentures during first 6 months, but there was significant difference after 9 months. Conclusion The detachable fixed denture can decrease the injury to the periedontium and improve the long-term therapeutic effects.
