摘要
目的探讨种植体在血管化骨中的结合机制,为今后研究种植体在自体骨中的结合提供实验理论依据。方法将纯钛螺旋式种植体植入不同血供的兔胫骨中,部分血供组为A组,完全血供组为B组,术后2,4,8周后分别处死动物,制取标本进行扫描电镜观察。结果种植2周,A组界面存在着缝隙,可见纤维结构,无钙盐沉积。B组界面结合较紧密,有少量钙盐沉积。种植4、8周,A组界面无间隙,结合紧密,有数量不等的钙盐沉积,B组界面有大量钙盐沉积,骨样基质形成。结论纯钛螺旋式种植体能与部分血供的兔胫骨形成良好的骨结合,但形成骨结合的时间晚于完全血供组。
Objective To study osseointegration of implants in vascularized tubular bone and provide a basis of theory. Methods Pure titanium scrcw-rype implants were implanted in the different blood-supplied rabbit tibia. The samples were divided into two groups: the part-blood-supplied group experimental group(A) and control group(B). Rabbits were sacrificed in 2,4 and 8 weeks after operation to investigate using SEM. Results In two weeks, SEM showed that osseointegration in group B was stable and interface was deposited by calcified salt. Interface in group A had crack and was not deposited by calcified salt. In 4 and 8 weeks, SEM showed that ealified salt was deposited in the two groups. Conclusion The pure titanium screw-type implant can form a good osseointegration with the part-blood-supplied rabbit tibia,but the time of osseointegration is prolonged.
