基于转速控制的鱼雷热动力半实物仿真试验系统实现

摘要 介绍了针对实施转速控制策略的鱼雷热动力推进系统半实物仿真试验系统设计与实现,包括系统原理、硬件实现、软件实现及其试验验证。试验表明,该系统能够对变量燃料泵及其控制系统的动、静态特性进行全面的考核。 In this paper, it is introduced of the design and realization of hard-ware-in-the-loop simulation test system for torpedo thermal power and propelling system based on rotation speed control. The whole system becomes a semi-natural simulation system which is made by material objects (controller, servo mechanism, variable-displacement fuel pump) and computer as well as signal measuring equipment and test-bed driving system. With this test system, the global research for the fuel pump and its controller can be carried out, including doing dynamic and static analysis.
