摘要
磨削强化处理技术是利用磨削热替代高、中频感应淬火热源对钢件表层进行强化处理,将磨削加工与表面强化合为一体。对非调质钢进行磨削强化开展研究,通过变切深和变进给磨削强化试验,研究强化层深度的变化规律,对试件的金相组织进行分析。研究表明非调质钢磨削强化是可行的。
Grinding hardening, the technology of hardening the steel part surface with grinding heat instead of high or medium frequency induction hardening heat, can integrate the grinding and surface hardening together. This paper tries to carry out the test and study on grinding hardening of non - quenched steel. Through carrying out the grinding experiments with variable cut depths and feed speeds, the changing law of depth of hardening layer is studied, and the metal structure of the test part is analyzed, which shows the feasibility of grinding hardening of non - quenched and tempered steel.
